چکیده

The frequency security problem of power system is highlighted as wind penetration increases yearly, the eigenvalue analysis method based on deterministic model difficult to accurately evaluate small signal stability system. Weibull probability distribution used describe uncertainty speed. In this paper, shape and scale parameters are calculated by using maximum likelihood approach combining with measured data, large-scale access analyzed method. Meanwhile, considering that lack inertia caused high-penetration can easily lead stability, it proposed take damping ratio regional oscillation mode optimization objective, virtual pitch angle control variables, constraints, an established according probabilistic model. sensitivity algorithm obtain optimal solution for parameters, validity verified two-area four-machine examples. Simulation results show optimizing turbines, be improved under condition ensuring sufficient system, which provides a certain theoretical basis safe reliable operation cluster
